Paldesk Integration#49

Paldesk can be used for a Contact integration or a Product/Knowledge Base integration as they provide both, similar to LiveAgent. I prefer Paldesk’s back-end as it’s much easier to navigate and their Knowledge Base looks better as well. It was a pretty popular AppSumo deal, so there are a lot of overlap users I’m sure that use HelpShelf that would also benefit from a Paldesk integration!
