Hi Scott - this feature is a way to combine all of the content sources you’ve connected under a new web based help centere. We wont be releasing our own knowledge base with this, so you’d still need to connect a KB provider.
What is holding you up to integrate your own knowledge base? It would be a win win for bought of us.
Hi @Ik pixel - the goal with this particualr feature is to create a central help center - so that you can use https://help.mydomain.com (for example) as your new helpcenter to direct users to. We dont have a goal to create our own hosted knowledge base because thats not our focus right now.
