So that users can browse and search for help content and resources, within a dedicated environment / sub-site - rather than only being able to find content via the help widget.

To include:

  • Recent / previous announcements
  • Featured videos
  • Popular articles
  • Popular FAQ’s
  • Ways to contact us

Any idea when this will be shipped please? I may wait instead of having to re-create our help docs etc

Hi Scott - this feature is a way to combine all of the content sources you’ve connected under a new web based help centere. We wont be releasing our own knowledge base with this, so you’d still need to connect a KB provider.

What is holding you up to integrate your own knowledge base? It would be a win win for bought of us.

Hi @Ik pixel - the goal with this particualr feature is to create a central help center - so that you can use https://help.mydomain.com (for example) as your new helpcenter to direct users to. We dont have a goal to create our own hosted knowledge base because thats not our focus right now.
