Abhisi Chat & Knowledgebase Integration#102

Though it may appear why such an integration is needed when Abhisi widget itsself supports Chat & Knowledgebase. i would beg to see this from another angle. Their knowledgebase looks so raw and the announcement widget of helpshelf and the ability to offer L1, L2 & Chatbots within one widget is something which will go a long way and will complement the UX big time while maintaining the sense of design consistency.
